When I first got the item, it was only a few days after ordering. They are 3D printed. My vest is brand new. And so one of the little tabs broke as I put it on my vest. Right away I contacted Matt through Etsy and explained what had happened. He immediately made it right and sent two more to replace the broken one. I put it on my vest and I have not had a problem since. It’s perfect for keeping my phone secure to me. Highly recommend the product and commend the customer service I received. I told all the other deputies in my department about it.

The item quality was terrible. Strings were hanging from it and it broke almost immediately after it tried putting it on.
